So far the study guide has been very good and met my son’s needs. He likes the way the learning process is setup and is quite different from other guides and he loves it. I would like the study guide to have examples and not just theory before the practice tests but other than that, it provides a good order to follow while studying key concepts tested in the exam.

The book is great. It is well organized and easy to understand. The only thing I could suggest is printing in color. Right now the black and white pages appear like a boring report. My 12-year-old daughter was not interested in reading it at first. I had to convince her this is a good study guide. Maybe colorful pages with some more illustrations would be nice.Overall this is a great book and I recommend to students taking ISEE.

This looks like a good last-minute review or if you suffer from test anxiety it is the only book I know that addresses the topic. If you have serious issues, though, it beyond the scope of this book.

It is not insurmountable (like a lot of those thick study books) and has good straightforward instruction. It has provided good skills and what to focus energies on, We will see after hte exam how well it prepared my daughter. Inthe meantime she is picking up good study skills, math concepts and vocabulary that has already been helpful to her at school.

The study guide is brief and concise and only contains what you absolutely need to ace the test. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent explanation of muscle function of those muscles involved in a side to side imbalance. The exercises given are effective, simple, well explained and illustrated with photos. I am a rolfer involved with restoring muscle balance through the releasing of muscle tension statically held but this is not totally permanent unless the person involved in the imbalance also participates in the release. In addition the cooperation of eliminating postural habits has to be addressed and these exercises do so. I will be recommending this book as a adjunct to my work with my clients.

I have off balance hips and needed to find exercises to remedy the problem. I found this advice to be very useful and better than the exercises I was given by my chiropractor, rolfer, and physical therapist, because they work. The author has youtube videos showing you how to do exercises. Books a little short though.

Very simple actions and easy to follow along. I found the QL exercises very helpful in stabilizing my pelvic girdle which brought relief to my left hip and lower back.

The book was fine and about what I expected for the cost and kindle books. I thought the book would be better with videos. At the end I discovered links to videos on YouTube. Most of the links to videos didn't work.

Sean has a good handle on explaining why it is important to correct and strenghten the body for better function and mobilty. The exercises he shows are simple and effective. I will definitely benefit from his book, it is a keeper. Though very brief, it accomplishes the job.

Simple movements and well worth the read. The exercises feel good for now. We'll see how they do over time. Question? Can a pelvic tilt that was first diagnosed over 40 years ago (before doing 50 marathons, 5 Ironman triathlons, and multiple other races and high mileage training since then every be changed)? We'll see! If not, I am at least hoping to relieve some of the tightness and lack of stability in one hip. I would also like to see what Sean can come up with for anterior pelvic tilt and anterior femoral glide.

The formatting was not desirable but at least I left with a little bit more knowledge than I stared with.

Really comprehensive book on the subject, i found it very helpful with easy to do exercises and a explanation of each unbalance.
